SHIPPING & REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund/Exchange
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on facenatur.com, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of purchase.
Email us at sales@facenatur.com to arrange for your return and obtain Return/Merchandise/Exchange Form. In addition we will be happy to help you find a product to better suit your needs or refund your purchase price.
Please return the unused portion and completed Return/Merchandise/Exchange Form for a refund or exchange via USPS (for your information and protection we suggest obtaining a tracking number) to PO Box 92, Wallsburg Utah, 84082.
Our return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. We will refund the purchase price of the item(s) to you using the original payment method. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
If the items received are damaged, please refer to the Damaged Items section below.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment please contact us immediately via sales@facenatur.com. We accept return of damaged goods up to 10 days from date of receipt.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping package, any packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. -
Shipping
When you order products from our website, it may take 1-2 days for us to process your order to get it ready for delivery. Your order confirmation is sent to you immediately after your purchase. If you haven't received an order confirmation by email (please check your spam/junk folder) within 24 hours, please contact us at sales@facenatur.com.
We know how eager you are to receive your new products, we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. Once your package is on the way, we'll send you a tracking link where, depending on the local delivery service, you may see an estimated delivery date.
